Finished all my presentations!! Yes!! Finally I’m free!! After so many days of slaving to prepare for the presentations and finish up all the assignments, I can enjoy freedom at last……….
     Surprisingly, everything  went well.  I thought  I would screw up but I didn’t. The best was the packaging presentation. Wow, voted the best! Surprise, surprise…….
     For the promotion design presentation,well…..I don’t want to talk about it….I did everything last minute…… why couldn’t I manage my time better? The presentation would have been so much better…..haiz….
    Nevertheless, I had a good time. Good work, maties!!

   Darn you hackers! Implanting spyware into people’s computer…..why not you infect your own computer….. Causing trouble for people…..I HATE these things!! Curse you!!

For the past three days, I was rushing like mad to get the stupid, and I mean, stupid marketing report finished by Monday! Why?! Why now I start doing? My group is running out of time! Then my lecturer informed that our group project presentation is postphoned to the next week….. Rush for nothing, but still have to get the report done by Monday. I hate this kind of life…..rush here, rush there….crazy day….

Sick in the morning, alright in the afternoon. Weird eh? Guess must be the ‘awakening-sickness’ , getting up so early in the morning……about 6.30am, you know how it feels….
‘Sick’- too tired to think of anything to say or talk, temperature goes up, then you’re feeling sleepy for no apparent reason. Suddenly later in the day, you’re alright.

     My house ran out of water since Friday, and my relatives came to stay at my place. So, my family had to fill water in a pail on the 1st floor, then fill two huge basins full, each at floors 2 and 3. We’re supposed to repeat the steps till both basins are full. A lot of work, I gotta tell you that. Crikey!
     It has been 3 days since we ran out of water. Lucky for us, we managed to salvage just enough water for daily use. I just hope that the water comes soon……..busy, busy, busy….

    Wow, today is quite a bad day. Lecturer says I didn’t listen to instructions….this is the first time i let a teacher down…

    And I hate to let people down. Why? I’ve been wondering that myself. When I let people down, I will feel guilty. I guess that’s part of who I am.

    I just hope I will never let anyone down again. I’m sick of it……

Back to college, holidays are over….. Thank goodness for college, if it is still holiday, it might be boring…..

   It’s funny, when I’m still studying and holidays are not here yet, I would wish holidays would come fast. But when holidays came, I would wish I’m in college, cause there’s better things to do. Sigh….

   Oh yeah, not forgetting…. You taught me how to do some effect in Photoshop. Thanks, girl! Thank you very much!

     Saturday: Today is Dad’s birthday, so we went to a mexican restaurant. It’s new,and my dad wanted to try it, so we went. Food is nice…… One thing I notice about mexican food is, they use cheese in almost every dish they serve. Tortilla bread with cheese, baked potato with cheese…..Food was delicious, but……….DAMN EXPENSIVE!!! I have the feeling to go there again, but in a million years, thank you very much. After dinner we went home, celebrated my dad’s birthday with a New York cheesecake. Happy moments…..

      Sunday: The happiest day of my life. Get to hang out with my friend for breakfast, went to Low Yat to pick up my new computer. Yes, you guessed it, I got a new computer. Finally! I can finish my assignments in no time! At last, my worst fears have come to an end…. Thank you Dad!!

      Monday: Busy,busy,busy….. Busy installing softwares ( and games) inside the computer. Oh, what joy I have doing assignments with Photoshop! I think I’m going to have fun with this……hehe

      Today: I’ve almost finished my packaging assignment, halfway through Moral assignment, 1/4 my 2D Application assignment, still pending approval for Copywriting assignment, and finished my Promotion design mockup ( still haven’t started my computer work yet….sigh..). Still so many assignments to go……hope I can finish it all by this Sunday….

    Today is my dad’s birthday. Everything is almost set, cake is ordered, going to buy his gift today. Boy, it’s going to be great. To me, my dad is the strongest person i’ve ever known. Gave me everything i need , sometimes more than i need.

It’s the 2nd week of holiday, and I have finished my solo packaging design. Now I just have to cut n paste, then I’m done. Yesterday was Father’s Day, we went to KLCC for lunch and the art galley. I didn’t know there was a gallery, so we thought we’d check it out. Fantastic!
     The sketches done by A.Samad Said are all abstract, actually it looked kinda messy and no meaning, but look carefully and you’ll see the beauty of every stroke and pattern. All the sketches are done on ‘uncommonly used’ materials like tissue from restaurants. Imagine sketching on tissue paper, sounds weird, but it can give a very nice effect. And of course you have to use ink pen, pencils won’t work on it. Interesting…..hmmm….
